Today joined a ride out meeting at the Newlands Cross and heading out to Clatford near Andover.
Recommendations: we stopped for lunch at the The Royal Oak which did a great roast sitting by open log fires. Just what was needed even after heated grips turned up!
Also, coming back we went via Basingstoke, turned south on the A339 towards Alton – there was a bit of traffic but made good progress a long most of it. Although mostly solid lines so if you can do it when traffic is lighter it’s definitely one to try and incorporate into future routes.
